Hi theonebit.
I personally would not have thought so. A quick look online seems to come up with the same answer: according to this page on Assumed Business Names, "you may not use corporate name suffixes such as Inc., Incorporated or Corp. if the company is not filed as a corporation or LLC". (This is based on the US system.) You should probably be OK to use "Co" as in "Company". Hope that's of some help. |

Thank you..... for your help
that answers the naming scheme..... but now can a corporation be own by a sole propertier. if it is posible then the name is also posible... so it will be become something like this, the business is filed under corporation but it is a sole ownership.... i am sure there is loophole somewhere.... just where.... |
