I Need Of Some Advice -

I am taking over the running of a friend's Internet shop that is in the same line of business as me, but he still wants a small percentage from the sales generated from his site as he is putting a redirected link on his shop so that the orders and enquires are sent directly to me for me to deal with.
What I need is some advice on what options are available to me.
