We have used HP ink printers, Canon, Lexmark, Brother printers all of the ink type since we formed 23 years ago.
However as most people know ink is a rip off, how much ink do you get in them large black plastic print containers? is it a tea spoon, a pudding spoon, or more? you never can see how much, yes I know they say it will print 200, 1000, 2 million pages per cart, but do you ever really know how many pages you printed in that costly cart?
Advice needed folks please? should I go Laser? stick with inks? or as lots have go back to pen and paper?

There are advantages and disadvantages of each. Laser is best for large printing jobs. I understand that to be the case.

HaHa go back to pen and paper - I prefer that a lot of the time

They are all a con really, I use Laser but toners are very expensive

Best to look at toner prices before deciding which printer and if they can be refilled to save money, instead of the other way round which most of us do

I used a Canon Inkjet printer-scanner and have been happy with it since I bought it. The main objective will dictate which type of printer you'll buy i.e inkjet is best for quality, laser for volume.

I would probably buy a laser despite the cost of toner today.
