licensing/contract terms - 16-09-2007, 01:52 AM

Lo all,

I have recently approached a big worldwide-known company about getting permissions/licenses to use their artwork & images on products in Europe.

They have got back to asking for more info about me and my company, but also have requested a proposal containing various items. Most of this is no problem, but they do ask for;

"Expected running loyalty rate/ contract terms and MG amounts."

I have no idea what any of this means, despite googling the heck out of it. If it comes to it I will just ask the licensor but would rather not look like the newcomer to licensing that I am!

Can anyone help me out with these terms? What do they mean?

All help would be very much appreciated!
