At MK Printing we are sick and tired of poor customer service and people being ripped off. There are thousands of genuine and hard working companies and individuals out there and it is a real shame that there are the few who take advantage of customers. At MK Printing, our primary function is to attract and keep customers and build a relationship on trust.
As we so fed up with poor customer service, we have started a campaign to bring back old fashioned customer service. At MK Printing we are leading the way in combining new technology with old fashioned service to give an overall reliable result that you will love.

Genuine marketing help
At MK Printing we are not a marketing company as such but we do understand how marketing works. We have free ebooks about all of our products that you can read and use and we will also talk to you and give you ideas about what to put on your products. We will also give you help on how to distribute the materials and how to use them effectively.
We want your promotional materials to really work for you. The better they work the more money you make, the more you buy from us and the more you recommend us to others. It is a win win situation!
Speak to the same staff
When you call a company would you rather get through to the “next available operator” or the person you speak to the time before who understands your needs and can actually help you?
At MK Printing we have a small but very dedicated team. When you come to us you will be assigned a designer (if required) and also a contact person. The vast majority of our customers buy from us more than once and also recommend us to others as we build up a relationship with you. The more we know about you the more we can help you and recommend certain products or marketing methods.
You can see what our current customers say about us in our testimonial on the website. These are updated weekly and always include a website or contact details of the customer. Our customers are our sales team and we encourage new customers to speak to them to get genuine feedback about us.
Be treated with respect
At MK Printing we just can’t understand companies who do not respect their customers. At MK Printing we genuinely love our customers as we attract a higher quality of person rather than a price shopper. At MK Printing we always pull out all the stops and go the extra mile on ever single job.
Without customers we do not have a business. Currently over 90% of our orders come from current customers or those who have been referred to us. To date, we have had 3 people actually call us up crying once their products have arrived because they are so pleased! We are regularly asked to events that our customers hold and we also see customers on a social basis.
Use of plain English
Printing can be a technical topic and if you are not a graphic designer then you are not likely to know you DPI’s from your CYMk’s. At MK Printing we talk to you like a person and fully explain everything to you in plain English. We also deal with many graphic designers who we can talk to in fluent “tech talk”, but only if you understand about design.
We offer a design service to those who do not have their own artwork or are unable to produce it. If you want to use your own designer then we supply all the technical information so they are able to supply the files without a problem. However if you don’t have a designer then we are on hand to design everything from a business card right through to logos and whole campaigns.
Honest pricing
How often do you see a great price for something but once you add on all the small charges it suddenly leaps? At MK Printing we tell you how much things cost from the very start. All of our prices include file upload, file checking, printing, delivery and VAT (where applicable).
When you purchase a design from us we will tell you exactly how much it will cost and what you get for your money. We never lead you to believe that something costs X amount of money when really the true cost is going to be much higher. Because of our inclusive prices we may seem to be more expensive than other print companies, once you have added on all of their small costs you will find that we are extremely competitive and our service is also much better.
Reliability
We don’t believe in just having great service, the product quality and delivery time also has to be of a high standard. At MK Printing we are exceptionally proud of our product quality and our delivery times are accurate, making up reliable.

Update emails
Buying over the internet is still quite a new thing and many people still haven’t yet done it. How do you know your order has gone through, when will it arrive, what if there is a problem? Don’t worry we have thought about all these things for you and come up with the answer.
When you order from MK Printing you receive a series of emails starting the moment you complete your transaction. We send you a full receipt with VAT breakdown and company details so you can use it in your tax return, this is sent out immediately and it confirms your order. Throughout the course of your order, you will receive several emails keeping you fully informed of its progress and also if there are any problems.
Once your order has been dispatched we send you an email with all the couriers information so you can track the delivery. The vast majority of deliveries are made on the first attempt as we let you know exactly what day it will arrive. You can also have your order delivered to any UK mainland address, so if you know you are going to be out you can have them sent to a friends house or even your work.
No up selling or hard selling
At MK Printing we do not believe in up selling or hard selling. We take a more consultancy approach to our work and can advise you on what is best for you and why. If you know what you want then we will not try to sell you extra products or services.
If you need assistance in choosing products then we can give you expert guidance on what will be best and how to use them. We do not sell you the products with the highest profit margins like many other companies do. It is our aim to sell you products on a regular basis rather than one massive order and we never hear from you again. We believe that you will be so happy with the products, the service and the value that once you have bought from us you will continue to use us and tell others.
