Don't use 3663, these offer a delivered catering service which wouldnt be as cheap or as much choice as using a Wholesaler. They service MOD contract, NHS etc, you need to buy big to deal with them usually.

Use any wholesaler/Cash and Carry. Margins should be as high as you can get them! Increasing margins means reducing cost or selling at a higher price. Profitability is what counts, not margin
