Say that you run a business and you're the sales manager of team. You've developed a Sales Force Strategy by lot of references & referrals on sales process and trained your team accordingly. But still the strategy doesn't works. What's the problem.

Any suggestions.

The stratgy probably isn't working because you aren't meeting the needs of your potential customers.

What are you selling and to whom?

It's either the quality of the training or the quality of the products. It can't be anything else.

Joe.

Or the quality of the marketing. You can have the best training/ products in the world but you have to let others know what you offer.

how are you keeping track of the performance of your sales team? What are they doing to get sales? Are they cold calling people and if so, how many call a day are they doing? Do they sent out emails and if so how many per day and are they following up on ther leads?

The workforce itself could be the problem

I would suggest setting up a sales pipeline to track sales at see at what point you are losing the business. eg. when you first send a brochure or after you quote etc.

All good tips, have you tried talking to the customer that you do have and asking them why they buy from you and not your competitors? perhaps this might let you know what to tell your prospects?????
