Solving Disputes - 21-04-2005, 10:11 PM

Anyone in dispute with anyone? Has anyone had any bad litigation experiences. Has anyone had any good mediation experiences? I am interested in such stories for anonymised content at [url]www.TheMediationRoom.com[url]

Mediation is the sensible option before running up legal fees. It is entirely without prejudice to any legal rights you have and to any legal proceedings you might pursue if mediation does not find a solution. Statistics show that 80% of mediated cases succeed. Its not about who is right and who is wrong but about helping the parties find a mutually acceptable solution without incurring significant legal fees or risking damage to the relationship between the parties. Most mediated solutions are far better for the parties than any a court has power to provide in a judgment.

If anyone is interested with regard to a current dispute, we can provide a mediation either conducted at a series of face to face meetings with the parties, usually over one day, or conducted wholly online at [url]www.TheMediationRoom.com[url]
