I've filled in your survey, hope it helps (not quite sure what this has to do with publishing thopugh).

With regards the website, you might like to consider blocking the robots. If they visit and index the site and see nothing there they are unlikely to visit again even when you do finish the site.

It easy to do, just open a new document in notepad and add the following:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Save the file as robots.txt and upload to your root directory.
