Stickiness is not related to traffic. Stickiness is a measure of how long people stay on the site, use the links and return.

To keep someone on your site you need lots of interesting and informative content that people will want to read. To make them return you need fresh content.

Can you confirm that this site is registered to and owned by you.

It can be a problem. Do you have authority to request a review? By that I mean to you have explicit permission form the registered owner? The reason being that the review will be public and the results will appear in the SERP - and that includes all the negative comments.

If the owner is happy then please start a new thread in the website review forum.

it's really ridiculous that your guy is so opinionated
i designed the website and want to know more feedbacks,is that wrong?
i just want to make it better.that's don't need permission.actually, all of the staff do the same thing, too!!

It's not opinionated. I see a website that claims to be the leading online outsourcing network, the site is registered in the USA but you are posting from China. In one post you tell us you work for the site, then you designed the site and then all the staff do the same thing.

This isn't a problem but I just wanted to check that the site was yours as we have had problems in the past with people asking for reviews only to be requested to remove the thread by the owners who were unaware of the request and didn't like the negative comments.

I've already got some thoughts about the site but can you start a new topic in the website review forum as that is right place to do so.

Another way to make your site more sticky is to add some eye-catchy images. This will also keep them stay longer on your site.

Fresh content on a daily basis. Depending on who you want to attract, you may want to tailor your content to that audience.
