I totally agree, it all depends on what you mean by "e-mail management". In our company we treat this notion is managing our business via emails. I was hard from time to time until we found the tool that helps us with this. It's called Wrike, perhaps you've heard about it already. It captures tasks sent by email and we track them on-line.
