I am in need of a good E-mail Data base for E-mail marketing purpose.
Can some one suggest me some methods which can help me in creating a good database with minimum cost.

There are some Data Scappers available on the Internet, which I understand can be utilized for the above purpose. In case some one has used them kindly let me have your recommendations also.

Building your own list properly, will always give better results than renting a list. Assuming you already have a website, make sure you have an opt-in form on every page, and appropriate incentivise the subscription with a free report, access to a members only area of your site, 7 day autoresponder course etc.

Offer real value in your content, if you give good content in your incentive you'll get a better response from your email marketing efforts.

You might also want to set up a squeeze page, a page purely for getting people to opt in, and drive extra traffic to it from whatever traffic generating methods you use.

Be very careful with data scrapers they will scrape any address and this includes Spam traps and tar pits a proper way to have a falling out with your ISP.
You could try purchasing a permission passed list were you go to an opt-in email list provider and they permission pass the emails and only charge you for emails that opt-in. The company that I work for do offer this service but there are loads of other suppliers that offer the service have a scout around the net or PM me if you would like a hand.

What about building up a Facebook account with friends that way it is not just spamming and is more targeted?
