I've used both. Both are easy to use and pretty secure. Are you thinking of using them yourself or incorporating them into your own site. You can of course have both on the sasme site but there are issues with both.

I hate Google Checkout with a passion - it's personal preference of course, but I find GC want's to take over too much of the order taking process when you integrate it into an ecommerce system
