IMHO good content will only get your site natural links. For example a page on my site got a link from Wikipedia.

To earn good money on a site that drives much traffic you need to be in the top 3 position in Google and your site needs to be very SEO optimized. But the most important factor in getting lots of money from a good position on Google is traffic in it self. Is your article relevant? How many people are searching for the keywords of the site you made?
