marketing reserch in UK

Hi there,

I'm a newbie here. And I have some questions which I want to get some answers from here.

I'm a salesman in a Chinese factory which produces small-sized wind turbines from 500W to 20KW.

I want to deep explore the market of UK as UK is very prosperous in wind energy. It is said that 40% of wind energy potential in EU is taken up by UK.

And I also have already known some good UK-based wind turbine companies, like Bergey, wind save,Proven, etc. We can find there are some differences between them and us.

I want to do more market research based on UK market, so that I can be assured what is the exact market potential of wind turbine in UK for us. Now my question is that, what should I know to figure it out? can anybody help me to make a questionnair?

I would question the presumption that the uk is a good market. Generally the wind speed and consistency is poor. Most of the "commercial wind farms are struggeling to be viable as I understand it.

I looked at domestic wind generation and despite being rural - could not make it viable.
