Online logging/answering of customer questions?

Do you know of any site / or software ( a freeware would be good ) which would enable me to have customer's questions redirected to this logging system.
this would be viewed only by admins who would be able to answer online ( from different locations) and their answer would trigger an email back to the customers.
The logging system would also mark answered questions and mark which admin has answered it.

What I need is a simple online helpdesk working on linux servers.
The only important thing is to enable multiple admins and to track which admin has answered what and to send emails back to customers.
I haven't got programming skills so I am not sure what to look for.
