Red face Reaching my target customers

Hi people,

I need some help! I have a brilliant product which I sell called Zmag eCatalog and I know it is a fantastic solution and is one of the best of it's kind on the market.

Here is my problem: Zmag is a Danish company and I have been working on reaching the target areas of the UK and the US to try and increase our market presence. It took just 6 months from release in Denmark for Zmag to become the market leader but it seems that the UK and US markets are a lot more cautious.

My main format of reaching the right people is obviously via telehone and by email introductions but with the tough cold call blockers and spam filters these days I feel that much of my work is going to waste.

How can I reach these customers and granb their attention for just a couple of minutes so they will see straight away the benefits of the Zmag eCatalog?

Find a hungry crowd. Then just give them what they want.

So, not YOU speak to the people (with cold calls), but lay a bait and let them bite.

The bait is content. Most of all, people search in the internet for information.
So give them information.

I would start writing articles, and post them to article directories. That articles should be free to be used and copied, as long as they leave the "recource box" at the bottom of the article intact, where is information about you or the company and a link to your site, and offer an incentive (e.g. a free report), so they want to click on that link.
On your website you capture their email adress, so that you can follow up with them.
The articles should not be about your product, but informative articles about a problem, which can be solved with your product. You come to the point, that eCatalogues are good, and then they see on your site is more information about eCatalogues.

It's a very effective strategy. To make it most effective, you should learn about it. If you want some recources, you can message me.

Or you can blog.

Just two ideas how you can start.

Cheers,
Andy
