How many enquiries do you currently receive by telephone compared to email as these are the people that you
may alienate by removing the number.
I am in a completely different style of business to you as I arrange specialist finance facilities and 95% of the enquiries that I receive are by telephone even though my website gives an email address too.
Oddly enough I have just received an email from someone who has been on my website and would like me to contact him to discuss trade finance. I assume that he couldn't afford the 10p to telephone me
