Okay - in all honesty I don't think your website is presenting a good image. It isn't even presenting your potential clients with anything to respond to on the front page. I was left staring at a (slow-to-load) page which didn't actually tell me anything about what I might be able to buy (let alone why I'd want to buy it from you!).
Compare that to some of the currently sucessful sites and you'll see what I mean (I think
). I don't design websites but I've heard a mantra which seems particulalry appropriate for sites such as yours (rather than mine, before you go off checking
) - it's this: from the reader's point of view "Don't make me think".
If you make 'em think you'll send 'em somewhere else! You need to present them with the information they want much more quickly than you do at the moment.
