I'm doing my master's dissertation on viral internet marketing. As part of my research design I'm developing a survey to measure attitudes and behaviours of online users towards virals.
I would like the opinions of internet marketing professionals in regards to ways of describing virals. This can be done by providing a list of 20 adjectives that describe elements of viral marketing and viral agents (see survey, below). I would also like to ask the opinions of marketeers when it comes to the wording of some of the question items and make a request for interviewees.
