I'm sure that there are plenty of forum members here who could design you an excellent website.

I assume that you wish your website to be in English as you have posted on an English language forum and would recommend that you not use the people that you linked to as English isn't their native language judging by some of the spelling mistakes on their website.

Hi there, I can definitely help you out.

I run Tigerama, a full service web design and development agency - you can find us at tigerama.net

I understand that using a UK agency can be expensive for some startups - my advice would be to look at elance.com. You post your project and designers bid for your work. They can be up to 70% cheaper than anything that you'll get in the UK, but quality is often patchy.

As with anything, you get what you pay for.

Best of Luck

Blenden

Drop me an email mark@studiobasement.com and we can talk.

I run a small web design agency and I would be more than happy to personally arrange a good package deal for you, no problem.

Contact me and I can provide some examples of sites we have done.

Good luck

Mark

studiobasement - dont' waste your fingers, this guy was obviously a "I have found xxxxx.com" type of spammer... He didn't want help or advice, just to drop his / her link and run.
