The basic reason is that the website is not being promoted with relevant keywords which can target the real visitor. If you promote the website using relevant keywords, this website may get more traffic and leads.

Change ur title, keywords and Description in to SE friendly format. Use keyword rich content for them to initiate SEO process, then start building links accordingly..
