As bad as what ?

I have to say I have never advertised on Yell or yellow pages and don't use them at all (so perhaps I am not your or their target market ?)

We have used Yell.com for over 6 years now, and I am sad to report we are still waiting for our first call from anyone from seeing our ads.
No adverts seem to work now, not even News Paper ads, even poor old Ebay user's dont get sales these days, I think adverts are a waste of money.

Or maybe it because of your lisitng in Yell? It took me ages to find you because your website offers a different service to that listed in Yell.

Website: Health & Beauty Care.
Yell: Dieting & Weight Control.

People are not going to contact you on the basis of your directory listing. All you are paying for is to have your name and address listed. If you want to get business through yell you need to upgrade and place an advert like Elizabeth Campbell has done.

Incidentally, I don't know how much traffic you get to the website but by adding a page title you will dramatically improve your chances of a decent ranking.

Effective Web Design - It's not that difficult if you follow the rules.
