[FONT=Verdana]Martin Johnson has engaged in developing organisations market growth in several capacities; this including Marketing and Client Relationship Management.
Spent 5 years in social and economical research obtaining peoples attitudes towards innovative products and services delivered within the financial sector; collected information on the behalf of blue chip organisations such as Barclays, Lloyds and American Express which would further improve their product / services for their respective clientele.
After a successful period in research he then moved into Business Development in mobile technology obtaining managerial status responsible for 60 personnel delivering mobile communications solutions within the B2B sector. Steered training and personnel development and raised targets and sales revenue. Then instigated innovative client relationship database system which would enable better tracking of client requirements and in-house communications between sales and customer service departments enabling further business development opportunities.
