Hello,

I am Eshwar from India. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA specializing in Operations & Systems. I have over 15 years experience in Consulting, Operations Management, Software Development, Project Management and in managing a small business for recruitment services.

Over the past few years I decided to focus small businesses. Having closely worked with several small businesses I realize that small business owners all over the world require support in diverse areas and due to various constraints (resources, time, information) often settle for sub-optimal solutions. About a year ago I started offering various business support services which are delivered remotely from India to small businesses all over the world and I am encouraged by the response.

I have joined this forum to gain a better perspective of small businesses - the issues, problems, opportunities etc. Of course I will do my bit sharing my experiences and knowledge. I have managed a small business for many years and I have my bag of stories to tell.
