Hello

I'm an experienced Finance Director with over 15 years of working with small to medium sized privately owned businesses in a "hands on" manner.

I would like to work with a portfolio of such companies, who probably are not big enough for a full time FD, but could do with up to a few days a month of input.

This could be on starting a business up, preparing business plans, budgets, or being a sounding board to business change or acqusitions. Or simply standing in for or assisting existing in-house Finance staff.

Outside of pure Finance I have experience of and can help in coaching senior staff to be more effective, recruitment of all disciplines of staff, acting as a Non-Executive director or just be a sounding board for existing management.
