I am collaborating on a (planned) book on exactly this.

Anyway as far as this forum goes and to help focus this a bit, what rules would be of interest to anyone? And what do you think PNN?

Actually rules themselves are not really that interesting ...... are they? Surely its the bits between the rules that are!! Having said that, there is a world of importers who operate in blissful ignorance unaware of the rules and their obligations in relation to them - so maybe the basics are important.
