Hello to all Forum members and Moderators. I'm actually a new member of this Forum, and my first time to participate in a Forum. I find this forum to be a very good source to start. I'm actually working as a customer service representative/online support representative or siply they call us Webgreeters because we greet and offer assistance to website visitors. And i think it would be great to share some good points or maybe tips to those who has problems in there online website businesses.

The odd thing about the site is that there is no cost of service or even a form to sign up for the service, let alone a quote

Yes I am but usually we are the ones who initiates the chat and offer assistance. Its really a very good idea because somehow there are site visitors who are most of the time looking for direct answers without even browsing and there are visitors who are really having some hard time to website browsing.

Oh...well somehow we mostly deal with potential clients by phone and chat conversations. We as online representatives work 6 days a week however our management is open for inquiries 24/7.
