Just joined this business forum after thinking it would be a good idea to start some sort of collaborative community for entrepreneurs. Searching round, I was glad someone's already started one and saved me the bother!

I run an online business, [url]http://www.danceofdelight.com[/url] - selling musical instruments. I also work for a large organisation in organisation development and am editor of their Leadership Wiki. I'm finally jumping out of the pond after 22.5 years, and forming my own consultancy co. In between those, I'm a musician (appeared at the International Eisteddod and play in a successful celtic band).

I'm interested in creativity, organisation development, music, the web, audio and video and particularly their application in training design and organisational learning, and have done tons of all of these things for both small and very big clients. However, working for a large public sector organisation has its frustrations, and I've been inspired by online entrepreneurs - in fact, that's what finally made me jump ship - that and a new Visa card machine!

Thanks Peter - yes, currently the business is my only online side apart from some attempts at a music site for my wife's business (pre-school music).

I want to start putting together some online organisational learning materials once I get the consultancy co up and running.

Very much not there yet!!!
