I had a look at your website and , er.. I think you need to make it more sales worthy if this is your prime point of conversion.
Your home page should really say what you are offering that is different from all the rest
- why would we want the services you are offering?
- What are the benefits of these?
- why would we use you guys?
- what do you want people to do at your site - contact you again or buy online?
Seems to me the services you are offering are not necessarily for the internet - as you are selling to large companies
May be you can offer a "free" something or other if they leave their contact details (but you already have those anyway?)
I'm a bit lost on the strategy.
If your site was the only entry into your business then you need a) a sales pitch and b) a way of capturing peoples' names and addresses to follow up
If your strategy as you say is to contact them first and point them to your website I think that a little strange - OK, they can find out more - but then what ?
Maybe I am missing something - but if you have a good contact list then simply make an appointment to see them....
And yes, when things are underway we can certainly market your site and your offline activities as well
