My current aim in life is to try and get my business directory site off the ground (very frustrating). They say patience is required, we will see.

Your site design is nice - if a little slow on bband.

I think you need to offer another reason to visit your site as there are so many directories these days.

On an SEO perspective I noticed a lot of 'spamming' words at the bottom of the page you may need to delete

The design of Janta is ok, I am not very good at design but am learning. My main skills are backend.

There are a few directories out there but not many for businesses to add their products and services

The words at the top and bottom of the page ar just a test, my ranking on google is terrible but they seem to work with overture.

Have you tought of adding a chat server to your site??

Pr on Teneric is good (I think a high PR6 at the mo) - smallbusinesspro is zero but should have a HP of 4 or 5 at the next update.

Chat - hmm - I'm here most of the time but not all - I thought about live chat but I just can't manage it

The forum is the best bet at the moment - see how it goes and what people want but thanks for the input

ps- Teneric has been online since 2001 - started with a PR3 and climbed every 6 months or so

pps- maybe optimise some of your images so they are smaller - not sure what is causing the slow load - could be server or size of page - I believe a page can only load 4 images at a time ...
