Intro to PJ Facilities
19-02-2005, 08:37 PM
  #1

Hi all,

my name is Phil and I trade as PJ Facilities (www.pjfacilities.co.uk) offering commercial property services. You know, all those things you should be doing like H&S risk assessments, asbestos surveys, disability access audits, etc etc but you keep putting off!

I hope to be able to get useful info here, and maybe provide some good advice if I can. Main thing is to enjoy the interaction with other like-minded business people.

Phil

Hi Peter,

business is slowly expanding thanks. Not as much as I'd like eventually, but each month seems to bring in more. The big factor in my line of work is the property insurance market. Once they send a letter to a commercial property owner/leaseholder saying we won't renew your insurance until you have done this or that (to protect themselves from paying out on a negligence claim etc), all of a sudden I get a call!

that's good news - so you need to get in with "they" people to add your details to their letters !

Hi Phil,

Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to hearing your views here. I too have some insurance knowledge relating to asbestosis/ H&S issues as a result of working in the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market some time ago.

Now here is the plug - Currently I'm involved in providing all types of property development finance, including equity so if anyone you know of require such finance please let us know. We would be happy to pay you good commissions for successful introductions.

PM me for further details if interested.

Best regards,

Joel

Hi Joel,

thanks for the encouragement. I tried to contact you via your website, but there seems to be a problem with it? All I was going to say privately, and I hope I'm not breaking any board rules here, was a lot of my business comes from referrals via a small (but growing) network of people I know and to whom I also pay a nice commission. So - same goes I guess.

Hi Phil, it would seem that we share some common ground - especially in the disability sector - maybe we should share some words with eachover and link up in the near future; who knows we may be able to develop a partnership. Visit my personal site so you have a better concept of me http://mycareerprofile.mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/

Look forward to recieving your e-mail

Martin, private email on its way to you. Don't want to discuss deals on the board.
