hi guys ,
i am Arindra , i am from India . currently i am deeply overworked in making a better site for tv viewers in India and also indian tv viewers abroad . discusstv.com is the site .
I am also interested in how to build up a business around it .

Welcome Arindra - that's quite an interesting site that you have there but it's a shame that all of the programmes in the "English Serials" section are actually American and not English but I guess you meant "English language"

The obvious way to derive an income is through advertising as you seem to have enough members to make a start selling banner adverts and then you will have to spend some time trying to increase membership even more to make the ads worthwhile for the advertisers.

yep .. by english i meant English language . Till date most of the english serials we have / get are American ones . But few months ago i was in Scotland on a visit , and there i got to see few English programmes - which were nice as well.
Increasing members is definitely the way to progress , but i am not just interested in having a high traffic site only . Asmuch of the traffic could be from young people who have loads of time in their hands , with no proper purchasing power . Would that be helpful to Advertisers ? How to get more channelised visitors in - and would i be ethical if i distribute their demographics to advertisers ?
