My name is Mike, and I am a Director of a London based plc. (GN@ plc.) We are currently looking for an additional Director to take on some of the responsibilities of the Company, owing to the reason that one of the Directors has resigned owing to differences in Company protocol!
We are gaining some recognition in the Corporate finance world, and are heading for a London Stock Exchange placing (AIM) at some point later this year.
Our concept for the placing is at this stage rather intense, but with a lucid and clear vision in view, with angles of development that are interesting and inalmost completely consolidated.

I'm a consultant - with over 25 years in some of the top ad agencies in the UK. I have a small enterprise offering to organise marketing material and show you ways to cut costs generally. I know Niko is involved so he may not need or wish any further support.
