hi and welcome.

in answer to the contract car hire question - ask at the dealer as they can usually do good deals. there is normally three months rental to pay up front.

Threads are different topics in a specific area.

Example.. General Business! When you click on there. it has other titles to click on, those are threads.

I contract hire my current car personally - all the majors do it now (they just add VAT onto the commercial rates) - just keep pushing the cost of the car down as well as the % interest rate you are going to be charged

Everything is negotiable

Seek out specialist car leasing brokers. They will get you a much better deal than the main dealers as , if they are any good, they will seek out a source for your chosen car at the right price and then add the right finance deal to it. Check with your local BNI members, ecademy or the Chamber of Commerce. If you're stuck, I know one up here in Norfolk.
