Hello Everyone! I'm new to this forum but have been reading for a few weeks. I am very impressed with all of your postings. I am planning to open a retail business in the swimming pool supply industry early next year. Thank you Mike, I was wondering if anyone was reading the new Intros today. It's difficult being one of the "new kids on the block." I have a number of corporate questions, primarily stock holding and their value, how they are paid out at the end of the year. How do you go about changing the par value of each share, we do not have a Board of Directors so I believe this would be up to the Officers. Have I confused you yet? Just hold on...I will eventually. Thanks again for the intro.
