|
partners selling Ltd company shares -

Hi everyone, clearly I'm new and have joined as I require some information on my rights with respect to my business partner selling some of his shares privately to a third party. The selling of these shares I have reason to believe are being sold to the third party without that person thaving all the information i believe that person should have. Before I go in to detail, can I confirm this is the sort of question the forum deals with.
