Commercial Bailiff, help please. -
23-07-2008, 11:49 PM
Hi,
Cutting a long stort short. I run a business and was ripped off with some poor quality stock. There has been an ongoing squabble with the supplier for a few weeks. Today a bailiff came into my shop and started demanding payment (it appears he has been given the job of collecting money for said supplier). What rights does the bailiff have? What questions do I need to ask? How do I get him out of my shop should he re-visit? Thanks Fred. |
