Dispute between tenents - 24-08-2007, 03:10 PM

Hi, heres my girlfriends situation, just need some advice.

She moved into a flat with three guys last month. She signed a joint contract for 1 year with these guys which starts on 1st of september (she was allowed to move in rent free as the landlord was the same one the three guys had previously). She wants to move in with me as it would be alot cheaper (bills are well expensive at that place) and she now hates one of those guys for what he has done to her. Is there any way what-so-ever that she could have the contract voided before it began? They are being really akward about who we can show round the house to let out the room and not agreeing on times when people can come. There also purposly keeping the place messy to put off people.

We have already sought some legal advice, i just want to know every option as this would be the last but an suggestions would be nice.

Thanks
Ross
