Drugs test

We have just found out that my Stepson's father has a drugs conviction from 2003. We have always suspected that he is a heavy user of cannabis and other drugs and I wanted to know if it is possible to insist on a drugs test?

He has access to Josh through a court order but we are beginning to question his sanity as he continues to act against Josh's best interests.

He has never worked (36 yrs old) and we also believe he is committing benefit fraud as he moves frequently and rents a good sized house in the centre of town. Is there any way to insist on an investigation into this?

He is systematically trying to tear this little boy’s life apart with only a thought for himself and something needs to be done to bring him back down to earth.

Thanks.

I'm not sure that any of us have the necessary experience to help you Starship as this is primarily a business forum and whilst I'm sure we can all sympathise with your plight we just aren't qualified to give advice on that subject.
