entering a Food Business?

What legal docs and certificates do i need if I am to open a business selling Food? i.e making customised cakes and selling over the Net and telephone orders?

Hi,

This really depends on the exact circumstances, normally i would suggest some sort of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) programme would satisfy H&S req's and of course FSG/ Hygeine docs. If there's more than 5 people involved more safety pols would be involved. Any questions PM me.
