FSA Info Required

Hi

I am currently investigating a company that I believe is trying to scam people out of money.

The company in question is set up as a UK Ltd company and is registered with Company House.

They claim that they can return 50% profit on a members investment after 75 days. Now, I know that this is a Ponzi/Pyramid scheme and I will bring them down one way or another.

My question however:

Does a company that claims to deal in investments have to be regulated by the FSA??

Hi there

I handle endowment mis-selling claims and deal with the FSA on a regular basis.

My personal understanding is that any firm advising on or selling investment products should be registered with the Financial Services Authority.
