Help my business partners are voting me out of the company!!

Help, I went into business with a guy and his wife, the wife does our books and stuff while we run the business. I got pregnant and couldn't work properly due to morning/noon and night sickness. I made the decision to terminate the pregnancy on the basis that my business partners had put their house up as security for our business and there was no way I could continue to work there while I was pregnant as it is physically demanding. For three days in a row I got to work at 8am which is our normal start time to find the gate locked, (i don't have a key) I waited for 2 1/2 hours and then went home, I rang him yesterday after finding the gate locked again and was told by him that they are voting me out of the company as I haven't been pulling my weight, I will be paid up the wages owing to me and then i'm out! He admitted that it was because I had gotten pregnant and we had got behind in our work. I don't know much about running a business but a few people have told me that it is discrimination and that they can vote me out but that I will have to be paid out for my shares in the company....is that right?
