internet fraud and my bank - please help!

Hi there. First post so bear with me. And i hope that ive placed this in the correct catagory.
Basically, i am registered with [an internet etailer] and have been for seven years. One account throughtout those 7 years. I order from the quite frequently, placing maybe 80 or so orders since my account opened.
A week ago its transpired that somehow, a new account has been made on [an internet etailer], with my exact details (bank card, address etc) but with a new email address. This was obviously authorised by [an internet etailer] as my address matches with my card details.
This account was obviously not opened by myself nor anyone that i know. My details have been gotten hold of, whether its through a virus/ spyware on my pc or other methods.
110 pounds was spent on my card straight away. I rang [an internet etailer] about this and after a few phone calls back and forth they found out the account was opened fraudulently.
I got on to my bank as [an internet etailer] told me i needed to issue a chargeback whereby the bank refund me, and [an internet etailer] refund the bank ([an internet etailer] have admitted its there mistake but insist i need to go this route to get my money back)
Now my bank have rang me this morning basically saying that its NOT fraud, as i have passed my details over to [an internet etailer] beforehand, its a retailer issue and they are not interested and will not issue a chargeback.
So im 110 pounds down, and seem at a loss to get my money back. What do i do about this?
Thanks for any help received, its much appreicated
Kris
