Hi, i wonder if any one can help.
I own my own house in south wales but i do not live there. My ex wife and our children do. She has met another man who has had a lifetime of being in trouble with the police and has been imprisoned a few times. He does drugs and breaks into peoples houses for drug money. The police have been round to my house at least once looking for him and disturbing my children while they were sleeping. He was arrested outside my house for fighting which was witnessed by my children.
My question is, as i own the house outright, (my name is the only name on the deeds), do i have any say as to who enters my property with out my permission. My children are 6 and 4 years old and i do not like the idea of this man, with his past and present criminal record, being with and possibly influencing my children.
I am not trying to get revenge on my ex or anything like that, but am only worried about the wellbeing of my children. I have tried to bring them up in a law abiding way, and this man threatens all that i have taught them.

Injunctions are one example and might be possible but you must take legal advice - or should I say meet a lawyer right away to discuss. You shouldn't take advice from this forum, good or bad.

...do it today. This could lead to criminal action so be very careful who you speak to and what you say. The other side may be looking for back-up too!
