If you completing a business plan and came across a section named 'Legal Format' what would you write next to it?
If you know the answer for sure PM. Otherwise post you response here. I just want to see what the majority of people would write.

I would regard the legal format as the sole trader, partnership, plc etc. I would regard a better name as legal structure but it depends on who's model one is using.
