Hi all

I do hope that someone can answer this very quick question.

I had a company that was a registered LTD company but due to some issues the company is now dissolved. Can I re register that company or do I have to register a different name? Or can i keep the old company name not as a LTD company and register a LTD company as sub company as part of a group under my old company name?

Any help great appreciated.

If the company has been dissolved then the name is up for grabs. Anybody (including you) can therefore register a new company with the name.

Regards

Joy
