Litigation Overseas: Advice needed! -

Hey guys.
I'm based in Pennsylvania in the US and recently had dealings with a UK based corporation. I won't go into the details in full here but they've breached the contract and I wish to sue to reclaim my outlay - $18,000. Could someone please give me advice on where to start. I am unfamiliar with the process of litigation even in my own state let alone in Europe. Plaguer.
