Need presale/distribution deal for animation

I am looking for a presale/distribution deal from a sell through retail DVD distribution company for a prospective animation film. With the distribution deal in place I intend to raise finance to produce the film. I have full scripts, storyboards, production budgets etc ready.

I need someone with experience in this field to advise me how to go about this.

1) What legal requirements need observing?
2) Should I get some sort of agent or entertainment lawyer to broker the deal?
3) Possible suggestions, if known, for potential agents, lawyers, distributors etc to approach.
