Non-disclosure Agreement

I am thinking of starting up a new company based around computers and that side of technology. I have one person that I would work with to set the business up. I have known this person for way over two years, however I have known them purely through instant messaging. I plan to use communications such as phone, email, post and if the business really kicks off then it will be appropriate to meet face to face.

I was wondering whether even though there are other products like/the same as mine on the market, would I still have to send them a non-disclosure agreement form through the post to ensure they don't repeat anything that remains confidential. If so, is there a form off the internet that's the official version of this agreement and where would I keep it (my personal use or send it off to some agency).
